Greetings my dear family in the name of our Lord. Yet another day June 29th. I would like to start from yesterday evening at Hollongi. As I said I was at the Christian revival prayer center. There were a lot of youth there who asked me lot of questions. I was answering them but in the process I noticed a particular fellow. He was amongst the youth but was standing quietly amongst them and listening to me intently. He had worn earrings and rings on his fingers and had an odd dressing style. He looked depressed and mentally ill to me may even addicted to drugs. At the end of the Q & A when everybody else left. This guy approaches me and says will you pray for me. I said sure. I prayed for him and he fell several several times in the power of the spirit. He thanked me and left. Then after that some of the youth took me to pray nearby to a newly built airport grounds. We prayed there and there I met an unbeliever. He also approached me and asked me to pray for him. He was from Arunachal. I prayed for him too. It's so fascinating to see how God chooses people to be prayed for. This guy is a complete stranger but he came to know from the youth that I am a missionary. So he came to me for prayer. Only God knows what he will do with that prayer. The first seed sown into this guys life. Then we went back to the prayer center where people had started gathering for a formal prayer meeting. Guess what I saw the same guy again whom I had prayed for earlier. He had removed his earrings and the rings on his fingers looked all sane properly dressed. He had a smile on his face. I couldn't talk to him but I knew my Jesus had dome some wonderful deliverances in his life. All glory be to my Jesus.
After worship I shared the word and my mission. At the end the pastors gave a call for all the backsliding Christians to come forward for prayer. I got the privilege of praying for them. The youth were inspired that it's possible to dedicate your life to serve the Lord even at a young age and that it's the highest calling one can have. Praise God. Then today morning I also had an opportunity to pray for a brother and after a small prayer with fellow believers I set off for Itanagar. It was a difficult journey family. Because it is full of high altitudes. I rolled the cycle up the hill couldn't dream of riding because it would have given me thigh cramps and ruined my journey further. I rolled for some time on foot then rested then rolled up then rested. This went on for about 25 kms and I finally reached Itanagar. I was trying to get some contacts to stay with but of no avail. In this travel I met a lot of Arunachal police this time. I even went past the check post wherein they check your inland permission. It's funny usually I meet school children in the mornings but I met cops this time. When asked I told them about my journey. No one raised any issues.
I had the opportunity to pray for the capital city with my foot on the ground itself but couldn't get any contacts to lodge. Finally I spoke to a brother whose contact I knew from my visit in 2019. But he was further away about 9 kms in a place called Naharlahun. He said brother come over I have arranged a place for you here. So I have finally reached the room he arranged for me. Thank you Lord. Tomorrow I will have to back via Upper Assam to enter Nagaland.
This journey of faith is arduous but at the same time exciting because you wait in humble expectation of what my Lord can do. Our Jesus is so so so good. Praise be to his holy name. Family your prayers are working. Giving me protection provision and a joy that cannot be expressed. Mind you it's physically emotionally very tiring but God's grace sustains me through it all. Halleluyah.
Amen.
