Day - 4 365 Days Prayer journey - Bless India Dibirdhura

By God's grace I reached Dibirdhura. There are lots of tea Gardens here. People live off working in Tea Gardens with a limited meager income. From what I have heard there is a suicide spirit operating here because there have been lots of suicides may be due to rampant poverty or family issues. We really need to pray for these people. Please join with me if lifting up this people group to the Lord because I am burdened for them. There some believers and some churches but I don't see much spiritual growth but my spirit senses a dryness in this place. I see a lot of youth in this place and most of them are crazy about football. I came to a football sport event and there were about may be 2000 youth in the stands so passionate about this sport. It was almost like an idol in their hearts. Seeing all this my heart was burdened with the responsibility of praying for them. I feel for these people and I am being moved by God I know to pray for them. I remember 13 years ago I came to this place. There have been lots of infrastructural developments like proper roads and all which I happy that God has brought physical blessings to this place but I am really burdened about them not having grown spiritually to know the true living God. Isn't this the very reason the Lord is sending me to these places. Family please join with me in praying for the lost. Tomorrow morning I leave for Darjeeling and onwards to Siliguri.
